Re-purpose Paint Chips/Cards

This weekend I got crafty. It was encouraging to finally have the energy and creativity to decorate some of the house and have it feeling more like home.

So, I'm going to share with you all two ways I re-purposed paint chips/cards. :) (Sorry for the sub-par photo quality, couldn't find my camera so had to use iPhone)

1. Separate the two pieces of the clothespin. (Make sure to keep the spring on one piece) Using a wall nail, hammer the clothespin into the wall. The wood will split; this is okay.

 2. Hold the other piece of the clothespin onto where it should belong. Push it to the left so you can complete the next step.
 3. With your R thumb (nail), lift the spring and set it on the indented spot on the top clothespin piece. Then slide it to it's original location.
4. Voila! You have a colorful and easily interchangeable decoration piece for a craft room. For additional color you could paint the clothespins, or add a colored frame around the pins.

Kristen
